First off an Awsome spot to study it’s nice and quite. I love the way they make there bobas and they are generous when you ask for extra boba. Noah took my order and he was welcoming and quick with my order. I tell you I turn around to set my stuff on a table and the order was done I was surprised on how quick it was tbh. Thanks again for the boba Noah !

Today I was having a bad day and so I went to get some boba to cool me down. While ordering, Noah greeted me with a nice smile:) This young man is an incredible worker, respectful, and manages the store really well. To end it off, he basically made my day.

Terrible. I don’t write that lightly. I ordered a simple coffee with cream. Coffee arrived with no room for cream. When staff poured off the excess I was handed back a cup bathed in black coffee. When I asked for half-and-half they directed me to the bar which had none. I returned a third time to the counter and asked that for cream. They didn’t have it. No offer to set it right, no refund. Awful.

I ordered the Black Peach Tea with lychee jelly, 50% sugar, and light ice. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy it. The tea looked cloudy, and I wasn’t sure how the peach flavor was incorporated. It lacked the fresh peach aroma and flavor I was expecting, and instead tasted quite sour. It’s possible that ordering it at 100% sweetness might have improved the taste, but based on my experience, it wasn’t enjoyable. As someone who really enjoys fruit teas, I wouldn’t recommend this place for fruit tea.

Asked two employees working if I could pay part cash and part card. They stated that I could. I gave the employee an older looking 10 dollar bill and the other employee stated they couldn’t take it. “Our owners are strict”. Ok fine. Then proceeded to charge me $15 dollars. Employee did the process incorrect and charged me incorrect amount. They then charged me $18 dollars which was the correct left over amount. Then other employee voided the purchase and tried to get me to pay another $18 dollars. I said I didn’t have enough in my account. I paid close to 40 dollars (I received a refund 2 business days later) and I had paid about 10 bucks in cash they accepted only to not receive any drink from this store. I drove 20 min one way to get boba here. Will not be back.
